We went to Carfagnas to get a pork shoulder or two to smoke over the holiday weekend, and one thing led to another, and people were coming over to do D&D and some board games tonight anyhow...

From left to right, cheddar brats, 2 racks of pork spareribs ($1.99 a pound!), 2 racks of beef ribs ($2.40 a pound!), and some homestyle brats. :)

The brats have a mustard based rub, the pork ribs got a paprika, onion, and garlic rub, and the beef ribs got a kalbi marinade.

We're also glazing the pork with my honey-sriracha sauce once an hour. :)
