Storm Shadow is, without doubt, one of the most well known ninjas in cartoons. The ultimate ninja. And yet, in the cartoon, out of all those episodes, he only spoke in 11 of them.
Even Deep Six spoke in 16 episodes. Deep fucking SIX.
Also interesting: A metric fuckload of Joes were from Columbus, Ohio. Neat, huh?
