Okay, quick update so we know what's going on.
Good news: I have excellent blood pressure, cholesterol, and parathyroid.
Bad news: I am (and I stress this last part)Borderline Type II diabetic.
What this means is that I'll probably be on a bit of medication for the short term to get it under control, and long term I'm gonna change my diet, lose more weight, and get this taken care of.
I wanted to also take the time to thank everyone for leaving support. It means a lot, guys.
Now, I'm gonna go to lunch with the office, then do good works and get my weekend on.

Diabetes is an atrocious (and fairly expensive) disease. Get ready to take this one to the mat. Do not deny your excellence.
