dklegman, this vintage of Strawberry Hausfire is intended for the theoretically housewarming party we really ought to have.
...or we'll just end up giving it out to people when they come visit, and get slocked off the rest. Whatever.
I had a glass from the remainder (we made 60 375ml bottles, plus one 750 "presentation bottle" for our purposes, and just enough for 3 glasses left over) and it was -good-. Once it has a little time to relax and cool in the basement, or to chill for a little while, I think this stuff's gonna be amazing.
