Dispatch writers who actually travel with the team: "Same flu bug that got Russell and Boll. He's sick as a dog right now. Really. No trades, no funny stuff - he's just throwing up a lot."

Hossa - IT's the flu... but he played in last night's game.

Raycroft - It's the flu... he was listed on the "scratched" list, Clemmensen was called up.

*nods* In Columbus' case, we've had a flu bug and Bronchitis going through the locker room since before the all star break. They need to just lysol the whole building while the team's on the road, I think. :D

He also had Bronchitis so bad that, by his own description, "I had my head between my legs after each shift, trying to force myself to breathe."

I read that in the dispatch, and went "Jesus Christ!"
