If you try to call me at my desk to ask me to do something and get told, "I'm sorry, I'm working on a production down situation right now and I will not be able to help you right away", and then you call me back on my cell phone to try and make me deal with your (non-critical, and in fact rather stupid) problem first, yes, I will tell you to please call back later and then hang up on you without letting you talk.

Someone's laptop not booting is, in fact, more important than you wanting to make sure I get you the red blackberry instead of the grey one.

Heh. my boss got chewed out because of our blackberries being pulled? Someone saw my temporary loaner one (red Curve), and thought that I wound up getting a NEW blackberry while others had theirs pulled.
