Put a little olive oil in a skillet, flip burger regularly. Toast bun while meat is cooking. Before final flip, drizzle worcestershire sauce over the burger. Serve on toasted bun with preferred condiments and veggies. Also *really* good with pepper jack cheese melted on top. ::purrs::
Mmm. Doesn't sound too bad. Not a vegetarian normally, but the local ice-creamery has their stuff in the campus store freezers again, and I grabbed "Chocolate", only to later find out I'd grabbed Chocolate Tofu rather than Chocolate Ice Cream. They do a lot of neat organic stuff, so it's interesting.
