So, awhile back, my Dad called.

"Hey, we're at a garage sale. There's an HP scanner here with cables and power for $4. No software, though. Want it?"

I said, "OK, sure."

Finally got around to hooking it up this morning. It works. It works very, very well.

I got an HP ScanJet 4300C for $4.

Wootles.

These ducks kept showing up at the BBQ, staring at the grills. Like they were thinking the burgers were for them...or maybe they kept toying with the idea they could be next, in a sick form of Duck Disaster Porn. One of them kept quacking at us like it was asking, "Hey, those burgers done yet?"

These ducks scare me.
