One of the tools I may be buying soon in my BBQ quest is a weed burning torch. Not only have I been told that using the torch and mineral oil to strip paint off the barrels before I repaint them with the high-temp paint is a really good idea, but it's also been reccomended as a tool to start log fires with when I get started with cooking.

So, I went to look around and the first one I found was this.

Between that, the nomex gloves for working with the fire, and the axe handle for the door, a little voice in the back of my head is starting to wonder if I'm really trying to get stuff to make BBQ, or for a TF2 Pyro costume...

(OTOH, so doing a picture of myself doing the Pyro taunt if I get one.)

In the past 2 days:

1) Got -literally- screamed at because someone asked me for suggestions on building a new computer, I put together a build for him, and what I sent him was unacceptable because "It wasn't nearly expensive enough."

2) Got bitched out by someone at work (from another team) because we implemented a password self-service tool that makes him do -less work-.

Conclusion: Stop doing nice things for people. It apparently isn't worth it.

I'm not allowed to yell "FUCK!" in my cube at work.

No, I don't know what I think about losing Zherdev for Tyutin.

The blue line probably just got 40% better, but god damn, that's a lot of goals that just walked.

OK, Mr. "If it's not expensive it can't be good enough" called me back.

He actually -looked at the parts I suggested- and said, "Damn. That is good. Dude. I am sorry." He has apologized for being an asshole, admitted he really fucked up last night, and I will forgo Kanly.
