"And now nothing works. VPN just keeps disconnecting everything."

"So, do you remember what you changed?"

"Um....numbers? A lot of numbers. I had numbers there and I got told to take them all out."

"Can you get to the internet at all, without VPN?"

"...*taptaptap*...Um....no."

"I think you need to call your ISP back and ask for the numbers."

"I think I do too."

Mom's out of surgery. My dad will be able to see her in a little while.

According to Dad, the Doctor said everything went very well, and that when mom was brought out of the anesthesia, she said she actually felt much less pain than she did when she went under. That's a very good sign.
