So I find my Unreal Tournament CDs.

I think, "Gee, maybe some good time with a sniper rifle will help me break the writers block."

Except it apparently doesn't like to run on my system anymore...I suspect it's related to updating my video card to a GeForce2, since I seem to recall that I uninstalled it for similar reasons.

Damn.

Oh, well.

With any luck, UT2k3 will be under my tree, and I know it will run that juuuuuuuust fine.

Odd, I'm able to run UT on my GeForece3Ti just fine...

But UT2003 will be very nice indeed.

My system is also kind of a kludge box. A refurbished compaq presario was never really meant to have a gig of ram, a Geforce 2, RAID arrayed hard drives, 2 different versions of windows in different partitions, networking, extra USB, CD-RW, and a DVD drive and decoder. :D

Therefore, occiasonally it decides it doesn't like things. :D

Someday, I will buy a better machine, but until then I'll keep tinkering and tending this one.
