Eugh. Getting a sore throat. I'm hoping this is just my sinuses or allergies acting up due to all the weather changes for 2 reasons.

1) I do not want to be sick a week before Lisa gets here.
2) I do not have time to get sick.

Drinking water. Hoping.

Go to the health food store and get some Echinacea. Add it to your water. You will think it looks funny and smells bad, but you actually can't taste it too much. It will boots your immune system for a short time - so take it now until you feel better. Then stop taking it. Otherwise eventually it just stops working.
