Is it an actual interview, for an actual position, or is it one of those "Come in and meet the person you'll be working with" chat things?

Sort of a mix of both? He has a position that he feels would probably be good for me, but he wants to sit down with me and talk about it, plus get to know me a bit since we've only talked on the phone.
