Well, crap.

Went home to eat the lunch I'd forgotten, and it was nummy.
Got some packages in the mail, and bills that I'd already paid, and in fact noted that I'd already paid, yaaaaay!
Check internet....nothing.
Reset cable modem....still nothing.
Call Roadrunner....modem needs replaced and they'll come out Thursday.

That's a bit annoying, eh? Especially given that I was hoping to, y'know, talk to people tonight.

If you're getting cable service from Time Warner, look their website... they have local offices EVERYWHERE... and you can take the modem in and get a replacement quickly and easily.

Not a bad idea. I might do that, and if it persists, just keep the service call open.
