Oh, I think there have been glimmers, here and there...I think it's just that this is the first one where they've actually been face to face for the glimmers. :D
We've known for a while each one likes the other romantically, but no outward expressing it to each other. This is much closer to them admitting it to each other. Or at least, a step in the right direction.
