Heh, I got Maniacal Mastermind; the given examples were Mr. Sinister and the Riddler.
They didn't have any examples listed for Geeky Mystery Man, though... sort of a shame, there. The Ani-Mator from New Mutants, cheesy as he was, is the only one I can think off right off the bat. (Doom is nowhere near... nerdy enough for that.) There's probably a couple of Spider-Man villains who count on that score as well.
