I think I finally met someone with a worse temper than mine, and all I did to provoke it was call him for an authorization because one of his employees was locked out.
Have I mentioned that I'm about 2 inches from delivering a MOAB to Iselin, NJ?
Kept my cool, recorded the call. Called boss. This guy is a director, so she's just going to speak to his VP.
