bzarcherSo, after waking, I was downstairs cleaning in the kitchen and listening to ESPN, when a commercial came on using a snippet of a song that I knew was familar. It was Joe Marine's old The Nearness of You.
By the end of the commericial, I was singing it softly, and I managed to remember the entire song in my proper voice part. It's probably a good thing that Alex is doing some overtime at OSU this morning, because when I hit my lower octave, I think it reasonated up through the house.
For that matter, I hope my neighbors like Big Band music...oh, well.
It was wonderful, and it was right,and that's all that matters, sometimes.
