Sound and LAN are onboard, and the video card would be the one you were going to provide.

Build cost w/ shipping = $393.00

ZIP drive

This would take us to $502.98 prior to rebate, $472 after.

Oh yeah, and the video card! It says:
Tornado Geforce2 MX on one side. On the other: inno3D Geforce2 MX w/32MB

It won't be hyper-fast, but it should be servicable. That'd probably be the first part you want to replace, offhand.

Main thing I see is that those are coming from ebay style listers rather than a main store, but if it looks good, I'd go for it.

That'll be a future project, then. Video cards are expensive! Would this one allow me to play PS1 discs through an emulator?

Yes and no - if you can free up $200 in the next few months, I can reccomend a card that'll probably last you 3-4 years, minimum.

As to the PS1 emulator, I don't see why not.
