Wheeee!

Once the glue's dried, a bit of ink washing, a bit of highlighting, a few sprays of sealant, and the 'nids will be done.

Finished. Done! DONE!

Edit: Oh, and on the recent news - I'm not telling Lisa (or any woman of my acquaintance) that she's "Pre-Pregnant", considering I rather like my kneecaps, and would rather not lose them.

A wise idea.

Hmm. Pre-pregnant. Well, I suppose it's valid at least. Maybe I'm just too laid back to be offended. ^_^

Those are some nice kneecaps you have there. It'd be a shame if anything were to happen to 'em....

I'm not offended as much as appalled. There are a whole bunch of drugs that are more effective at what they're supposed to do, but if you are pregnant, they can cause massive birth defects. But, if you aren't currently pregnant, they should be fine to use, right?

Wrong. I'd already heard reports from women who's doctors wouldn't prescribe drugs like this simply because they *might* get pregnant, and instead insisted on giving them less effective drugs, with worse side effects.

This report is trying to codify that idea, that women are just walking baby factories, and clearly we need to be protected from ourselves, because think of the babies!

I'll be laid back when I don't see them trying to take away current freedoms. This "pre-pregnant" thing makes me worried.

Valid for some, but I'm not exactly a fan of defining any woman in a certain age range that way.

Ah. Context makes a difference.

Silly me. I looked at it as just someone who hasn't been pregnant. Thinking of it in your context, yeah, I'd kneecap you for it.

Yup. Do I think my current doctor is not stupid enough to hold me to these guidelines? Unless her office is looming over her shoulder, yes. Am I worried that eventually I or someone I care about will get bitten on the butt over this? H*ll yeah.

:(

I am a bad candidate for carrying a fetus, having a baby, and raising said child, in that order. If someone said I had to risk my life for the sake of an accidental, unplanned fetus - I'd say they were a raving lunatic. No amount of vitamin supplements is going to fix my problems with pregnancy and child-raising :(

Hah. Now, that's a lie. They're made of garage parts and bailing wire, but as long as they work I'm rather attached to them.

See? This is what knowing the people around you helps develop.
