So, which side are -you- on?
May. 16th, 2007 08:20 pmSo, a guy caught me blasting rats in EVE.
He opened a private comm channel, so what the hell, I spoke with him.
3 days into EVE, and I've gotten my first offer to join a Pirate/Drugrunning corp.
I told him I needed to speak to my business partner. So.
What do you think, Dave?

Date: 2007-05-17 01:31 am (UTC)I really don't have much interest in going Pirate unless I've got people I really know and trust with my back. Besides, in the time he was talking to me, I swapped ships and made a mining run for 44,000 ISK, so no big loss!

Date: 2007-05-17 02:35 am (UTC)I've been toying with the notion of starting a preposterously-named microcorp to mess around with, but am unsure how much I want to commit p-r-r-r-recious skill training time to doing so. The big draw here for me is that this seems relatively simple to do when compared to other MMOs.

Also, maybe ask for a day or two to think about it while you google their corp. Additionally, a PVP pirate setup is going to be different than a PVE setup.
