No, it's the sound of millions of Whovians having the new episodes they demanded for fifteen or so years, and then some.

Except for most of her performance in the episode until that point. And frankly, the woman grates. I watched her comedy relief piece she did with Tennant on YouTube, and I kept turning it off because her voice made me want to grind things into powder.

Oh, she's a dreadfully annoying comedian. And she spent most of Runaway Bride being, essentially, her comedian character.

I cannot imagine she'll remain that way for 13 episodes, however.
