Forced myself to go to work and class. It hurt, and I feel worse than I have the last few days, but I needed to go, and hopefully I will keep going.
On a note, I went and played with those "stonotrooper" things people keep making. Given that they had no "well weighted" bodies (such as mine) I kinda cobbled a thinner me out of it.
All I have to say on that is that if I would really look like that thin, I am never losing weight again. Ever.
