We've shown we can do both. Tonight, we need to win.
Oh - funny news for Wednesday. I've kept up my periodic emails with the head chef down at Nationwide, talking about the team, cooking, etx. He mentioned that he's setting the menu for Wednesday today, and he expects to have the pork belly caesar salad that Ruhlman gave him such mad props for on the menu that night. :>
