Continuing my theme of "Hey, shit, I haven't seen you in way too long!", I met up with yukon_jack at Fado for drinks, nosh, and some catching up, which was excellent and most tasty.

Somewhat unexpectedly, I also ran into a member of my old In The Know team - to my pleasant surprise, she's still damn hot, recognized me, and was exceedingly happy to see me!

Damn shame she had a boyfriend with her, but good for her getting an M.A. in English Lit and wanting to do interior decorating to get the hell away from Academia for awhile.

Huh, Fado is a chain. That would explain the black & tan I got at the one here that I'm convinced they stirred before serving it to me.

I've never tried their chicken tenders, but their burgers are pretty darn good.

I don't know about morning, but when I got there at 4 the late match was wrapping up, and there were definitely guys there just to watch the match. :D
