bzarcherGot to watch last night's episode of ICA tonight, since I spent all of last night at work. (Short version: Appliance failed kinda spectacularly, everything failed over to the other box just fine, but I got called in to try and resuscitate it and see what happened, which meant I got to leave my dad's father's day thing and go to work until almost 11pm. Long version: It sucked.)
Great battle! Both chefs really had fun.
They need to box Ruhlman, Arpaia, and Knowlton up and take them on the road as a comedy act - I actually had to rewind a couple times because I was laughing too hard.
Chef Bloomfield's redheaded sous chef? GUNG! *Unf*.
