bzarcherIn exchange for an evening of reasonably laborous work helping Lucy and Gary clean out their basement room prior to carpet removal and floor replacement (including the removal of three bookshelves and a chest freezer), I got A) Pizza, B) Met a new friend who is interested in Hockey, C) a copy of Gary's newest anthology, and D) the aforementioned chest freezer is now mine. Mine! MINE! AHAHAHAHAH!
It will be filled with meats. Oh, yes. Yes, it will...also I think I may have to buy a tub of cool whip who has no other purpose than to sit in the freezer. My grandmother has it, my mother has one, and I might as well keep it going.
Seriously, I'm sure tearing down a room and shifting a bunch of furniture with people doesn't sound fun, but I had a great time. :> Thanks again! Can't wait until the new tile floor is in and we get to go back and put the room back together.
