Dave and Crystal stopped in after their trip to the Dublin Irish Festival to check out how my progress on the smoker was going.

Dave brought Marmite with him.

Alex couldn't even smell it without going green. Crystal made a face that I'd describe best as "Squamous."

Dave didn't think it was so bad, and then it was my turn. A little bread with the marmite spread onto it.

Really? Honestly? It tastes kinda like someone found a way to melt bratwurst into a butter-like-substance.

I had another piece of bread for the hell of it. Not something I'd get every day, but not bad at all, really.

This Marmite ad was pulled from British TV after scaring children.

From Wikipedia:

"In Singapore and Malaysia, Chinese restaurants use Marmite as a marinade for stir-fried pork spare ribs. Upon frying, the heat caramelises the Marmite-based marinade into a sweet-savoury glaze."

Hmmm.

This tells me that British Parents and censors are weak and surprisingly feeble. Obviously I must conquer them.

Really? If you like bratwurst, you should try it. Seriously.
