I think one of the best things about Scott is that when you get down to it, he's basically the same person I met my freshman year at Wooster.
Not to say that he hasn't grown or changed (if nothing else, I think he'd like his hair back), but he has always been a friendly, warm, smart guy. He will always have time to talk to a friend, and he's survived getting dumped into the deep end of the pool here in Columbus. :)
I'm gonna get hit for this later, but Scott in a lot of ways is like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. He sometimes sounds a little grumpy and at times his outlook is a bit "glass half empty", but he's always around when you need him, and he's always going to stick with his friends.
Plus, I suspect he can pull off a very good "Oh, bother."
Scott's also probably the best 40k player I know (and has the trip to the 'Ard Boyz finals to prove it!), and I get a little jealous at how easily he can paint things up that look way better than anything I do.
He's a great guy to go out to have a burger with, to watch a hockey game with, or to sit around and BS a bit with, and even if neither of us is singing regularly anymore, his voice still is quite good. :)
And, if you ask nicely, his Mom makes a heck of a good lasange. :)
...Oh, and did I mention he holds the secret recipie for a martini that tastes like birthday cake?
