Interesting thing from my Magic, Witchcraft, and Religion class today.

A study has -proven- that in many cultures that believe in altered conciousness, when placed to EKG readings during such states, that a consistant pattern of brainwave occurs, and occurs only in that state. Pentacostal Christians, meditative Buddhists, Drum Circlers, Witches, all of them.

Neat, huh?

Convocation was...ehn. And I only got to wear a gown, no cap. But I have pictures. Will finish the roll, develop all the film that I've taken since botcon, and get some scans up someday.

Chorus in 2 hours...we'll see how that goes.

Ayah. That's actually fairly recent news, from around the spring or something, iirc.

Now mind you, how the academics and scientific establishment (da smart Man, I guess) interprets that is anyone's guess.
