So of course on the day where I have to walk all over campus, and don't have an umbrella, and left my coat with my grandparents so they could clean it, the rain breaks loose like the wrath of Gods. BLEAH.

Bought an umbrella at lunch, but I'm still soaked to the skin, and won't get the hot shower my body really wants until after work in a couple hours....

It's a day to sit inside with a fire, and a cuddle, and a blanket, so of course I'm outside, in the rain, running around, with cold clothes.

I love Ohio weather. Really.

Fortunately, I've not caught anything yet. May take some cold-eeze or something when I get back to the room to try to continue the trend....

In California....

Weather? Is that where it only gets up to 90F instead of 100F?

Feh...

I'd note the week I was in San Fran, it was colder than it was in Ohio!

*Gives a concerned look and a bit of exasperation....but won't say anything....preparing tea, some cold ease and extra blankets.....not to mention a Scot's warming pan....* Chicago is chilly after the warmth of yesterday....I understand. *Hugging then kissing you*

*returning the hug and the kiss, cold skin and clothes against you*

Thank you, love....and I -did- get an umbrella at lunch. So I'm only halfway frozen, now....and I really appreciate everything you've done...now, I'm gonna walk home from work (you caught me leaving), and get a hot shower, and then wrap us both up in those blankets.

I believe that's what they call Murphy's Law at work, Bzarcher.

If you rug up for a day, it comes out 28 degrees. If you dress for a sunny day, you get England's weather.

Wash a car, and that night, you'll have rain dumping dust all over it.

Damn you, Murphy.

Mmm...actually, the trees usually dump sap and pollen before the rain can pour dust on.

But, I understand that.... :/
