I grew up with a friend named Clay White. Not quite as close as![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
thechapin, but close. He's now about ready to finish his undergrad training at the Air Force Academy, with a mind to go into flying fighters or potentially something 'a little less dangerous', depending on 'a certain girl'. :D
We found out the other was in town this morning, and spent about a half an hour on the phone just now, catching up on the other's life, and trading neighborhood gossip.
It was amazing. Very, very amazing. We may get together for dinner or something later.
It's a good day.
