skarlette was quite right. :D She did make waking up in the morning a lot better than it would have been otherwise...even if I did set the wrong alarm and had to rush a bit to get myself ready to teach.
Teaching was fine, except that 10 people skipped from the 32 person class. Oh, well. Am gonna talk to the Doc and see if we can require them to write a paper on the material missed. Got through classes pretty easily, though I kinda wish I coulda slept through my Medieval Gossip class. Also came up with something that might be an improvement over the 'Rhizomal' organization model for a novels structure, but I need colored pencils to get the rest. Basically, if we assume that the 2 worlds of a linear story can be described as intersecting helicies, which form a circle, then from each 'intersection' of each helix we can draw helices for each character, which intersect at major plot points, and then connect to the structural helices. I know it sounds really complex, and it is. Hence why I want colored pencils so I can draw it in a way that might make some sense.
Car got ticketed...apparnetly the snow covered up a painted "Handicap" thingy in the space. Oh, well. $15 that comes off the COW card isn't too bad. Moved car to a 'Real' space.
Tired, but satisfied, and quite...well...in the mood.
We'll see. She doesn't get home for so long....and I hate to press unless she's interested....
