So I've been at work for nearly an hour and a half now, and I am just hitting the time when I normally come in.

Yeah, it sucks.

I'm in because we're doing a bunch of training today on how to service the 'smart' copiers that are replacing a lot of the high-volume printers that had been on campus, in hopes of saving some money, and the training guys need a large amount of time to do it. (We'll skip the part where training was supposed to be at 7:30 and then pushed to 8:30.)

Anyhow. Wheee.

I really would like to go back to bed, or perhaps just skarlette's lap. MMm. Yes. Laps are nice. I think I'll go to her lap, yes. Curl up and snuggle for a bit, and then perhaps the kissing. Kissing is also fun. And we'd have tea. And scones.

Mmm. Laps and scones.

Hmm. Well, the copier training was mostly focused on copying, and not maintinence, and therefore sucked. OTOH, the main rep from the copier company arrived and talked to John and I, and we've arranged for 2 or 3 days down at their service center in Mansfield next week to get us both certified as midlevel technicians. This does not suck at all.

And, speaking of sucking, I got asked to play in a tabletop Vampire game tonight and every other Monday, so that should be fun, too, and I shall be 'social'.
