Even when it comes a bit too early in the morning, being awoken by your lover's voice is a wonderful thing.

She just wanted to hear my voice, and I could think of nothing better. We talked of our days, or suggestions for the weekend, the hopes of near and far future, and I was told that once I 'settle down', we must get some cats. 2 if we can manage it.

I rather like the sound of we.

I asked her if she had anywhere she would prefer to see me settle. She told me anywhere I could be successful. But she talks so passionately of her love for her neighborhood...a place to perhaps set a goal for.

Then, I fell back to sleep after we said our goodbyes, and dreamed.

Some members of the S*P community are geting on my nerves a bit. I know they mean well, but I'm increasingly pissed off.

Some of you don't know what I'm up to, so lemme do a quick recap.
The artist of S*P is a good, cool guy. He's also somewhat responsible for my meeting skarlette. I owe him. And he needs a new computer pretty badly.
So, after someone asked if the community could try buying him a computer, I said I'd help. From help, it turned to parting out the system, and then it turned to running the campaign.
I took the best parts for prices people suggested. I went out and actually /talked/ to Randy and asked him what he needed, and what he preferred. I've kept a running tally of what we're trying to get, and why, and where.

I went directly to people who offered goods or services (Software, memory, a customized case), and got them to send them directly to him, since he asked to put it together himself.
I paid out of my own pocket to upgrade my paypal account so I could accept donations.

Now, we're about halfway to the money goal in under 24 hours, and people are coming out of the woodwork to criticize where I'm getting the parts, asking why we can't use warez software, why we're trying to get higher quality components instead of going for cheap stuff, and ignoring the fairly major discussion on this that has been going for several days.
I am sick and tired of getting second guessed, especially in cases where the suggestions are SHIT, and pretty clearly being done because they have personal preferences on stores, or boardmakers, and nothing to do with actually helping.
When it comes down to it, none of you little motherfuckers did a GOD. DAMN. THING. You kept talking, talking, talking, and I went out and FUCKING DID IT.
