UGh.

It's always fun to wake up and realize that due to an allergy attack (probably augmented by all the stress of lately), your body's trying to choke you to death. :/
In no way at all in shape to go directly to work. Can barely talk. Took some claritin.

Emailed boss. Boss says that I've more than earned sick days, and to take as much time as needed today.

Going to drink a bit more water, read some email, and go back to bed until I feel human again.

Mmm. Minute rice and a touch of butter.

Nothing better when you have had a sore throat and don't want soup.

Feeling a lot better, if still a bit cheese-headed.
