3 hours til doctor's appointment. A bit nervous.

Hoping for Lisa. Hoping for me.

Lisa dealt with a non-medical minor anxiety attack I had last night with her normal gentleness, and we spent some time talking before bed. Slept, and then woke up with blankets and sheets tossed. I think of her.

So. I saw the doctor...and I have good news.

Seems I am far more borderline than Diabetic. To the point where rather than a diet, this doctor would rather have me start on some medication that's as much for my (somewhat high) blood pressure as diabetes, and exercise 30 minutes a day, five days a week. He reccomends biking or walking. So there we go.

Now, that's interesting.
In further news, it seems the office literally cannot run properly today without me. That's pretty cool. Also, I intend to get prescription tonight and then go to the gym and use the excercise bike.
