spartanfan has returned! After 5 months or so of absence, it was damn good to hang with him again. Wings were eaten, gifts bought, cheap DVDs found, and video games rented and played.

(Simpsons: Hit and Run is amazingly funny. Crimson Skies still excellent.)

Also, through coincidence, skill, and a touch of luck, I got to Save Christmas.

It was neato.

Holy bagelfucks. It's late and I have to put in at least a 1/2 day tomorrow.

Well, that was a surprise.

Got lunch, used the Flex account to buy frozen dinners/sandwhiches for the rest of the break when the cafe and truck stop are closed, and then went to Drug Mart to pick up a refill on my Enelepril. Guess what's next to the pharmacy?

Action figures. Mostly power rangers, but at the side....

The Jazwares Megaman figures. And right in front? A Bass and a Blues. $6 apiece.

So, they now sit atop my work monitor with the attendand drone spring thing and a Met. (Nerp)

spartanfan? Would you like the Bass figure? I'm hanging on to the Met, tho. He's a little different than I expected him to look, but actually terribly cute.

I think I'm gonna drive to Columbus tonight. Saves mess for when I want to go to the barber tomorrow. (The one I want to see has taken good care of me for 10+ years. Problem is he'll only be open 10-1 tomorrow, and he's not sure when he'll open back up before new years.)

It won't be pretty, but hey.

Well, hey, I'm alive.

Not for the weather's lack of trying, of course. Rain to freezing ran to greyout level snow. Such fun. On the upside, I'm back in a house, and houses do not move regardless of how much snow falls.

Well, okay, unless Ohio's patented 'fucked up!' weather decides to drop a tornado into a snowstorm at the same time. But that's impossible. Right? (Okay, so it'll probably happen next year. It'd only be appropriate.)

Ate a bit, unpacked a couple things, and hooked up the iBook for a bit. Dad has (unsurprisingly) failed to hook up the wireless internet they bought a few weeks ago, despite telling me it'd be ready and to please bring the laptop home.

*shakes head*

Oh, well. 3 days. And then I'll be gone again.
