1. What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before?

Shared a conversation of nighttime whispers with the woman I love.

2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions? Will you make more for next year?

Yes, remarkably enough, but I don't know if I'll make more for next year, just because I've no idea what I'd resolve to do.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

Not that I know of. Though several got baby or young pets. Does that count?

4. Did anyone close to you die?

Yes and no? What deaths I've known of didn't affect me all that much.

5. What countries did you visit?

Florida is odd enough to be a seperate country. So.

6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?

Full time, wage appropriate employment.

7. What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

5/12/2003. 17 years to make reach the stage, 30 seconds upon it, and a diploma to take with me.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

See that 'Honors' degree on my wall?

9. What was your biggest failure?

Letting myself get guilted by my parents. But that's relatively minor. I've had a pretty good year.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?

Mmhgmmm.

11. What was the best thing you bought?

Plane tickets to Chicago.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?

Every single one of my friends.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

President GW bush.

14. Where did most of your money go?

Car payments. Credit card.

Seeing skarlette in person for the first time.

U2: Electrical Storm.

Seeing Lisa.

Dealing with certain users. :D

20. How will you be spending Christmas?

I have to spend some of it with family, then I come back that Saturday for a party in Wooster. After that, no idea.

...I'm not sure. Nothing stands out.

Every time I looked in her eyes.

Monster Garage.

Not really.

26. What was the best book you read?

Oddly enough, I know that I've read several very good books, but the one that comes to mind first is "The Bishop in the West Wing." I know it's a bit of a pulpy mystery, even if it also contains some fun supernatural and Catholicism stuff, but the fact that it leaps to the fore so easily makes me say that.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?

iTunes.

28. What did you want and get?

Time with Lisa. The internship. Honors on IS and my degree. Time with friends. iPod! Regular exercise.

29. What did you want and not get?

More time with Lisa. $20,000. The Compton History Prize. (S'okay. :D Barton deserved it as much or more.) More sleep. :D More time with friends, particularly distant ones.

30. What was your favorite film of this year?

RotK, or perhaps My Big Fat Greek Wedding, simply for the romantic in me.

MMmmmHalo.

32.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

Getting to wake up every morning and kiss Lisa. Maybe being silly and choosing a different place for each kiss every day. :D
