The LARP went very well.

All I will say at this point is that only one non-storyteller has any idea of my potential, and even he knows very, very, very little.

Something's wrong on my PC. Started it up and got the 'recovered from serious error' message.

After some research, it seems to be either my Video Card, my BIOS, Star Wars Galaxies, or all 3.

Updated Video Card driver, updated BIOS, and ran a full scan of SWG. No clear signs of improvement.

I hope this doesn't mean I'll have to replace the video card. Dammit.

Going to Obercon. Fuck it all.

Well, it's been ups and downs.

Up: Actually waking up.
Down: Aforementioned comp. problems.
Up: Seeing Doug and Joy
Down: Reaching Oberlin 15 minutes too late to see Randy.
Up: Mocking the hippies who attempted to convince me to boycot meat, KFC, and just about everything.
Down: Oberlin is full of said hippies.
Up: Food with Joy and Doug, particularly the Jigsaw saloon.
Down: Doug's computer chair made the baby jesus cry.
Up: We went and got him a new one.

And in fact, during that excercise were the two biggest ups of the day. First was surprising Joy by getting her the Resivoir Dogs DVD for her birthday, and second was finding a 20th anniversary Prime on the back of a shelf...and Doug telling me, "Put him in the cart, you can pay me back later."

Still haven't taken him out of the box. Too busy going: "WAU!"

Up: Toyfare #80 features a ton of 80's style toys coming back, and others that should come back, including a thing on Jem that I'm gonna save for Lisa to see.
Down: Driving back from Parma, to Parma, and just about anywhere, since it's the last day of the month and the cops are out en masse.

But, hey, that's life. And hopefully I'll have my computer working again soon.

Making good progress on system defrag for the computer. Hope to be out of safe mode by tonight.

20th anniversary Prime: Holy shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit. Weighs about 10 pounds with all that die-cast, and beautiful. Had a lot of fun with the transforming and such, plus the Megatron accessory and Energon Axe. Mmmm. Axe.

I may have to buy one of the fan-repro trailers to go with him.

Going to watch the Oscars, and defeat the Decepticons.

Well, I owe Kim some answers from the Interview meme. For those who don't recall, the rules are simple.

1) Leave a comment saying you wish to be interviewed.
2) The interviewer creates 5 questions which you will answer.
3) You post the rules along with your answers.
4) You do not talk about Fight Club.
( Because when you're waiting for a defrag to finish, this is a good time to think. )

Hm. Defrag done, looks OK. Hopefully killing the malware and this will make a difference.

Still having errors, but yet to see a spontaneous restart. Would someone better at XP Pro errors good mind taking a look? ( Log report )
