Just got an email from one of the job search websites I use about a new posting (put up today, in fact), in Chicago for a contract to hire desktop support guy at a publishing house. Mac and PC support, right off Wacker Dr. Everything they ask for, I have in spades.

Sent my newest resume, which includes the kudos on the latest project I've been on.

I would love for this one to go somewhere. I could kick this job's ass.

In other news, I can't sleep. This isn't that normal, but it's particularly bad tonight. I went and did weights to see if it would help, and even a bit of meditation focusing around candles, since I have gorgeous candleholders now, but that merely left me feeling a bit more refreshed, not sleepy. I'm going to give my body a bit of time to try and shut itself down naturally, and then if that fails, I'm crawling into bed and I'll try to force myself to sleep.
