Goatfucker.

The power browned out a bunch of times last night. Every time it did, all the alarms went off, my TV turned back on, and the oven started beeping. I got up 3 times and turned everything off, then finally gave up on the oven and tried to sleep, because it was 5:30am. (Sorry, Andy.)

For soem reason, I woke up at 7 and couldn't get back to sleep. I feel like I'm in mild shock. Nothing's really real and I'm not really here, y'know?

Progressive wants to hire me. I'm supposed to give Tek a call this afternoon. I'm gonna call the Columbus place first and play some ball. (The contact was at lunch.)

Crunch time has arrived.

Gah.

APT is going to (hopefully) have an interview time for my by tomorrow. The manager handling this hire @ Nationwide has been tied up in meetings.

TekSystems is really trying to hard-sell me into taking the Progressive job, including refusing to let me look the contract over until I flat out told him that if I couldn't look at the contract, I wasn't going to sign. So he emailed me a generic contract as a compromise.

And he's really pushing to try and get an answer from me by Friday afternoon.

It's the sort of problems that I know quite a few people would like to have, but I'm very, very strung up on things.

Side note: Since I started running around for interviews on these 2 jobs last Friday, I've litterally driven the same amount of miles as Chicago and Back.

skarlette, prepare to be used as a pillow tonight. I could really use to just curl up, get a hug, and try to make my head stop hurting.
