Aug. 5th, 2004 12:50 pmFound out that in addition to the 20-40 call per day increase we're going to get from Dallas, it seems we're going to start supporting two of the internal applications instead of having the internal applications support group do it. This is likely to be another 15-35 calls per day.
Looking at the other stuff they want us to do during the day, I'm wondering just how I'm going to do anything that isn't attached to the phone, since we'll likely be taking a call every 3 minutes or so, and our average call resolution time is around ~4 minutes...
