It has not been a good day.

Patches was feeling playful starting at about 4am. (Nothing like being woken up by a cat upside the head.) She kept me up until my alarm went off @ 7:30. Then I got up to find that despite having clear access to the litter (which she has been using) she left us some 'presents' in my room and the living room. Yay.

Sorry, sweetie, but I think you just earned the right to stay in the basement when we go to bed on weeknights.

Work has been raw shit. Lots of complex problems, angry users, and yarh.

Didn't have time to fix a lunch before I left this morning because of cleaning the 'presents' up - I'll have to go out and spend money I didn't want to spend. I keep being the last person in the office to go to lunch. Even the new guys go to lunch before I do. That doesn't seem right!

Hungry. Didn't eat this morning, either.

I think I got somewhere around 2, perhaps 3 hours of real sleep.

Yuck.

Lisa will be here in just over 2 weeks.

I can make it 2 more weeks.

But I think I'm going to need a serious hug from you soon as you get off the plane, love.

Also found out my bank card may be a 'possible fraud victim' according to FirstMerit, so I get a whole new bank card, pin, etx. sometime this month, and my old one stops working in about a week.
