I was in a really fantastic mood for about an hour this morning.

And then my job set in.

I /hate/ dealing with the calling card and cellphone providers we have to work with because of our parent company. They know we get in a lot of hot water if we go elsewhere for services, and right now they seem to be giving us the shittiest possible service to exploit that fact.

Waiting for the W/D to be delivered.

W/D delivery truck is now 45 minutes late.

I am therefore 45 minutes late getting back to work.

I am not pleased.

They are still not here.

If they are still not here by 4, I am calling the store and demanding the delivery charges be refunded.

Edit: Well, at least we have them now. Over an hour past what they said would be the 'latest' possible delivery time. I've already called and given an assistant manager a bit of my displeasure, and left a message for the Delivery Manager about getting that refund.
