1) While I'm not a big NBA person, I have caught a few playoff games on various TVs.

In one, I noticed that New Jersey was playing Toronto, in Toronto, and NJ was wearing what the announcer called "Alternate" unis that happened to match Toronto's colours and patterns almost exactly, except for having "NETS" across the front instead of "RAPTORS".

Last night, in Cleveland, I noticed New Jersey playing the Cavs, where NJ was once again wearing "alternate" jerseys - orange and white ones that were the same colour and pattern as the Cavs' throwback jerseys.

Call me a spoilsport, but given the rules that most leagues have about their jerseys, and permitted alternates, why is the NBA letting Jersey (apparently) run off as many alternates as they want, often using other teams colours, and then letting them wear those "false-flag" jerseys when playing the teams they're imitating? It seems like disrespectful at best, and completely ruins the idea of teams wearing home and away jerseys to help the fans, the refs, and the players in the action tell each team apart.

Second, a spoiler for Spider Man 3.
