You know, while watching MST3k, I have made a decision.

When I grow up?

I want a secret vault in my room filled with AK-47s and grenade launchers, just like in so many horrid movies. Not to actually use them, but just so I can someday pull some kind of kickass scene where I reveal my arsenal to the heroes so they can beat ass on the unrighteous.

Zombies are easy to avoid because you know something that survival horror characters never seem to learn. ZOmbies only have two moves...
1) grab shoulders and bite neck.
2) slither along floor and grab ankles and bite.

With this simple knowledge RE-style zombies should be easy for you to avoid, even with a lack of weaponry.
