spiralpegasus came down and got possession of his DC, while I got mad phat cash. Dinner in a bit should also be relaxing.
However, in the meantime...
1. I'm Matt. I'm also the Blind Zen Archer. Whether or not I get more names remains to be seen.
2. February 20th, I'm gonna be 22, and I'm a Pisces.
3. I am overweight, but I'm coming to learn that I don't look quite so bad, and a certain someone happens to think I look rather good, and her opinion trumps the world's nicely.
4. I'm a computer guy and a historian. Bullshitting is easy, lying I almost never do, nor do I think I'm that good at it. (Though I probably would be if I tried.)
5. I graduate from The College Of Wooster on May 16th. I will have B.A. in History, which I am going to augment with Apple Hardware Certification and my A+ certification, and in the future I hope to earn an MSCE. (Earn. Not get. Earn.)
6. If I don't get the job at Wooster, I'll work somewhere else, and in time perhaps go on to get my Masters before too awfully long.
7. I love parts of Ohio. I wouldn't mind staying in Wooster or Cleveland. I do not want to move back down by my parents, and I have to admit the idea of Chicago, Boston, or Seattle isn't so bad at all.
8. Alison is my little sister. She has Postural Neurocardial Dysfunction...but she is finally getting treatment for it. The best thing I've seen since I left Chicago was the way her eyes lit up today when she saw me, and how happy she was because she finally had the energy to get out of bed and be active for the first time in years. I get along well with my mother, my sister, and my paternal grandparents. My father and I...rhg. No comment. My maternal grandparents are cool, at best, with more towards disownment, and my maternal aunts and uncles are a mixed bag.
9. I trust a fair amount of people. Most of them have done something to earn that.
10. I know more people than I used to, and my circle of friends seems to expand as I get older, but there is definently a small tight core.
11. I started MUDding about 10 years ago. MUSHing about 2 years ago. I've been a Wizard at 1 place, a Royal at 3. I no longer play at 2 of those places, ironically enough.
12. Oh, god. Where to start when my library has at last count over 600 books between home and school? Certainly Bujold's Vorkosigan books, and Turtledove's Alternate America series. Illuminatus!, Lord of The Rings, and The Positronic Man also.
13. Thou Shalt Not, a lot of Japanese studio bands for anime, Yoko Kanno, Great Big Sea, Apocaltypica...Vivaldi, Rachmaninoff, Grieg, Mozart...
14. Andrews Hall. My beloved home, where I live in the only non-RA single, on the first floor.
15. The Seven Samurai, The Castle of Cagliostro, Bicentennial Man, Fight Club, Tron, Buckaroo Banzai, Short Circuit... I like a lot of movies that start with 'The'. ;D
16. Reading, working, studying, MUSHing, gaming, and dreaming. A lot more is spent wishing I was withskarlette, too.
17. I'm a cat person. Can't have any of my own right now, though.
18. On the one hand, I can pursue a goal relentlessly, and tend to be very set at following things through. On the other...when that temper slips from being used to help drive me, and out of my control.... *shudder* I don't like that. I don't allow it unless things are really bad.
19. I have a very amorphous pagan faith. I firmly believe in certain codes of conduct and morality, but I would rather leave my God and Goddess as entities who define themselves rather than trying to push them into a name.
20. I'm straight. You want to have fun? Go for it, as long as it's not with my pets or children. I take exceptions to those. And it's one thing to stick up for yourself, it's another to try to fuck over the ones who aren't you.
21. Cartoon Network. Food Network. Sci-Fi. TNT for Law and Order, FX for M*A*S*H. (If you can't laugh at at least -1- episode of M*A*S*H, you need help.)
22. I like money. I like to be able to eat. I like getting paid for being good at my job. I like being able to buy neat shit occasionally.

24. I hate the person I can be, sometimes. And I hate the people who try to use the genuine pain of others just to advance themselves.
25. More hours than I have in the day.
