2 hours and 30 minutes to my oral. Calm. Ready. I feel really good, and in good shape for it.

Past that, I'm insanely jealous that Neal Stephenson's speaking tonight at CMU, amazed that Lowry finally got cherry flavored Icees in the dining hall, and looking forward to everything that is ahead.

Considering that you just did your orals ... you could roadtrip out here ... justify it as "I'm going to hear a speaker on technoculture" ... :>
