Jul. 31st, 2003 07:49 pmSo, interestingly enough, I caught the public access channel while waiting for the next load of laundry to finish....and they're showing my graduation.
Well, not just mine, the whole class of 2003, but you know what I mean. I got there just in time to watch the end of the Honorary degrees. I think I just might watch the rest...how often can you watch yourself graduate college without heavy drugs?
Oh, and while I'm at it, I gotta give our President a great deal of respect for being able to award an honorary Doctorate for "great and critical advances in dry adhesives during the dangerous period after World War Two" with a straight face.

Whee, graduation
Date: 2003-07-31 07:27 pm (UTC)It would take work to spot myself at my own OSU graduation in June 02. Then again, it might not take much; I was sitting next to a petite redhead who wore a white T-shirt that read "The only bush I support is my own" during the ceremony. She stood out. :-)
(This was when President Bush spoke at OSU's commencement last year)
